In the most recent episode of the crackdown you guys need to check it out
it's a very insightful and amazing episode featuring the one and only G2
CARLOS otherwise known as OCELOT in a bit of controversy. One of the biggest
deals we have probably seen ever in esports that ofcourse being CLOUD 9 acquiring not only paying the buyout but a
supposed three-year contract of 2.7 Million dollars per-year for PERKZ, of
what JACK EDDIE calls 11.75 Million dollars invested into him. One of the
biggest deal that we ever covered here at esport talk. |

It is now CARLOS that coming under a bit of fire because some fans a bit
pissed off at CARLOS given his disingenuous tweet which has now possibly been
deleted. It was CARLOS coming out and saying that PERKZ is the king, and have
the choice of where he wants to play next, but there is no chance it would be
FNATIC. |

Imagine if PERKZ going to FNATIC, what happen right after is the whole
FNATIC team renews. Do I want that? No. Why? Because I want to have all my
options open. I can't pay my people with Red Bulls, unfortunantely I have to
pay them with money and to build money i have to build a business, and to
build a business i nedd to give my sponsors, investors security that my
organization is the number one. then only I can win but I can market
products. And for that to be there i cant let my biggest competitor have the
better of me. We are here to compete. |

I understand that fans can be mad, that PERKZ can choose where he can
choose where he plays after G2, PERKZ can stay or go to another teams who is
willing to pay that hefty buyout amount. But as CARLOS said, this is a
business, and you cannot feed your top rivals. I understand from business
perspective, and I understand why some people would be pissed off by this.

We can't deny what CARLOS said simply make sense. Would you rather your
rivals have the best player, at the of the day I don't want to turn againts
